I practically flipped out on my customer service rep over that 12 hour window thing! Do they not realize that sitting around for 12 hours to have verizon fix your husband's phone line (thats exactly what happened to me too) is just not acceptable! We all have jobs, kids, places to go and people to see. They do suck-- I would be demanding a credit on my bill for the month! The same thing happened to me a month ago!
