I never wanted to *be* anything or worth anything when I started to blog. Now I happily receive some freebies in return for my *honest* opinion on products. I do not get solicited a lot but enough to stroke my ego :D I am never going to be a big leaguer due to my desire to spend more time with the kids than online and it takes serious time and commitment to be successful. I happily keep my blog ad free (almost I like to support other mom's so I have a few things) and I rarely stick with the big leaguers as a reader. Not on purpose but I am just more into the *real* blogs ... Nice post.

chelle's last blog post..Will You Remember Me

Oh, I hope they don't create blogs just to make money! But it's only the "real" ones who will last long, don't you think? Readers seem to be very discerning.

I agree with you that not all blogs are worth something. There is a mountain we must climb; we're just not all worth $1 mil yet (but, puleeze, may I be first!)
