Did you know you can create a custom Google Map and either keep it all to yourself, share it with select people, or share it with the world? And then you can very easily share it to everyone you know (or of course circles or people of your choosing) in Google+? Yep, it's all easy-peasy and integrated.

While this isn't my full itinerary for my trip, I've listed out the places I need to be and their locations. Right now I have the parties figured out & will work backwards to any sessions I might be able to make (should I finally snag a badge). Another cool feature is that you can draw on the map to highlight 'spaces' you need to track but don't want to drop a pin on. At the Google Village they are having an outdoor section / event so I traced a line around the area rather than drop a pin (on the map it only appears as a vacant lot!)

I've always used Google Maps to get directions, but now I see how it can be used for a million other uses. Very very cool.
