Besides, openly admitting that you are charging a customer for a service you have turned off is STUPID. Where is +Peter Shankman when you need him to teach a big corp a lesson?!

after many years (10?) it's time for me to move my family off +T-Mobile.

my wife's data connection was turned off, but we're "still on the plan and paying for it"…… "let me understand. i'm now paying for a data plan, but you've disabled all data to the phone?" "yes" … incredible.

but what's worse was the low-integrity to dishonest dealings from customer support. trying to actually get a straight answer. they tried multiple times to tell me i had some bad setting on my nexus, and that they needed to "connect me with google"

time to find a new carrier.
