I have a question about +Batchbook (I have been a paying customer for years and love the platform) and turned to Google for an answer. Because +Chris Brogan and I are in each other's circles, his content from 2008 showed up first page / top of fold in my Search.
I see SPYW as "Trusted person + Relevant content = Instant access to knowledge."
