If you could pick any place to pack your bags and travel to in the next 24 hours, where would you go?
This is the time of year (February – March) in the Northeast US where I get tired of cold weather and not enough sunlight. This year's pick for me would be St. Thomas VI. Of course there is a 100% chance of me NOT going here or anywhere else on vacation, but it's nice to dream!

Nice choice! As for me, I'd head to northern Thailand, Chiang Mai and surrounding areas. No beaches there, but the most incredibly delicious Thai food, lots of sunshine, warm temps, and very kind people.

St. John's is even nicer than St. Thomas, in my opinion, because 70% of it is US National Park land..beautiful stretches of unspoiled beaches and forests!

We were there for vacation a few years ago and that is so very me. And no, I'm not one to miss the changing seasons.
The only problem is my complete inability to get a tan or be in the sun for very long. I burn like crazy. So I'd be the only one there who stayed indoors all the time. But I'd love the weather!

Since we're daydreaming, then I chose "forward in time" – not much, just till late May or early June, when the place I live is at its very best: Warm but not hot, mostly sunny but with enough rain to keep things green, and everything in bloom.
Western Oregon truly is my favorite place on the planet. Just not in February.

I could use a vacation to Hawaii about now. It's winter in Montana, lack of sun and being stuck indoors gets old. February is always the burn out time. But spring is right around the corner.

Hawaii been and must return! Need to see Mauii since that was only island not seen! Then go see St. Thomas again! Then visit St. croix for first time then go to Cape Verde, Paris, Rome, Greece, Italy, India and just keep travelling until I hv seen all the world able to see! tyvm G+ bcuz when I see others photos I feel I am travelling and visiting all over the world!
