I have to agree, diversity in tech is as/more important than only focusing on women in tech. My opinion of course, being in tech for 23 years.

The diversity issue in tech is a messy one on all sides. I'm tired of this conversation. When people are ready to actually do something about it instead of giving sound bites, patronizing & placating comments and actually walk the walk, then I'll jump back in. Until then, I'm taking action and doing things on my end to help further diversity. I'm more of a less talk more action chick and having a bunch of conferences, interviews, and so called programs is old hat. Let's do some new sh** already and make it happen.
