+Jacqueline Carly is brilliant. I have kind of stalked her a bit online for the past year or so (I found her on The Pulse online video network way back when I started down the road to fitness early 2011). Then I got to meet her face/face at +BlogWorld & New Media Expo in LA this past fall (video interview here: http://youtu.be/iL6idmkh2EE).
NOW she's gone and flipped the idea of New Years Resolutions on its head and made it attainable. I need to pick something to 'do' for January – who's with me!!???

I love +Jacqueline Carly too! For January, I'm setting an easily attainable goal (but I haven't necessarily always done) – to read 20 minutes every day. Hopefully 10 minuts online and 10 minutes "real book"…I surf the internet and play and post comments etc all the time, but I want to make sure I read quality contents every day. Let me know when you decide yours. 🙂
I am going to start with morning sit-ups and prayer. I will start with 20 sit-ups and 5 mins of prayer moving toward 100 sit-ups and 20 mins of prayer…Great post!

I'm with you. My January goal is to log 10,000 steps a day on my Fitbit. So far, so good. 🙂
I'm doing it! My January goal is to be in bed by midnight. I'm terrible at going to bed at a reasonable hour.
I go to bed early too, I just don't sleep when I get there….
