If you are looking for a very educated and human look at the Supreme Court oral arguments for marriage equality there is no better place to follow the story in my opinion than the +Freedom to Marry site.

Love and lust aside, when it comes right down to it, marriage in the United States is a legal document (much like forming a business partnership) and should be available to ALL people, not only those that fit a specific groups definition of marriage. What really matters in a marriage is the love and commitment between two people – and that includes the rights to raise a family and be recognized across all platforms to include and protect a spouse (health insurance, end of life care, etc.)

If you do not agree with marriage equality, no worries. Marry who YOU want. But limiting the ability for another person to marry who THEY love is indecent, inhuman and self-centered.
